Welcome to MoodTracks. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

MoodTracks is operated by Carlo Krell (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. Use of the App

MoodTracks is a mobile application designed to help users track and better understand how their habits and environment may relate to their mood, stress, energy, and anxiety.

You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms.

2. No Account Required

MoodTracks does not require account creation.
All data you enter is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and any data stored on it.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

MoodTracks may offer paid subscriptions for access to premium features.

  • Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store and RevenueCat

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account

All purchases are final, except as required by applicable law or Apple’s policies.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the app, including:

  • Apple (payments and basic diagnostics)

  • RevenueCat (subscription management)

These services may process limited technical data necessary for their functionality.

5. No Medical Advice

MoodTracks is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

The app is intended for informational purposes only and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.

Always seek advice from a qualified professional for medical or mental health concerns.

6. User Responsibility

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the app

  • Misuse or exploit the app in ways that could harm its functionality

We reserve the right to restrict access if these Terms are violated.

7. Data & Availability

Your data is stored locally on your device.
We are not responsible for loss of data due to device issues, deletion, or other circumstances.

The app is provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
